About Anchor Authority
Anchor Authority is where I document what actually works in SEO, GEO, and AEO as search shifts from blue links to entities and AI answers.
No theory. No fluff. Just tested tactics, real numbers, and clear frameworks you can apply.
I am Jitender Ahlaawat. I have spent 8+ years studying how websites and brands surface across Google Search, Map Pack, Bing, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, including how and why AI systems choose what to cite.
I work at the semantic and technical layers of search. I think in entities, schema, information architecture, and E-E-A-T. I run experiments, track what actually moves visibility, and share only what holds up in practice.
The Mind Behind Anchor Authority
Anchor Authority is written by Jitender Ahlaawat, an SEO Specialist and a GEO and AEO practitioner focused on how authority is built, evaluated, and reinforced across modern search systems.
I was born and raised in Rohtak, Haryana, India, and still operate from there with a global focus. I started working in SEO over eight years ago, at a time when Map Pack, entity modeling, and schema were largely ignored. That early focus shaped how I approach search today.
My work centers on three areas:
SEO foundations, Generative Engine Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization.
In practice, that means studying how authority is assessed by search engines and LLMs, why certain sources get ranked or cited, and how entities, structured data, and architecture influence what surfaces in both SERPs and conversational AI.
I work at the semantic and technical layers of search. I focus on entities, schema, information architecture, and E-E-A-T, not as checklists, but as control systems for durable visibility.
Anchor Authority exists because authority is no longer accidental. It is engineered, measured, and reinforced over time. Everything documented here comes from direct testing, real-world builds, and repeated observation, not recycled advice or surface-level tactics.
Outside of publishing, I study search systems and AI retrieval, build small Python scripts to test ideas, and explore new cities when time allows.
What Anchor Authority Covers
The name explains the goal. Authority that holds.
Not just Google. Not just organic rankings. The full picture.
Search engines, AI systems, and the authority signals that connect them.
Every post focuses on how to build, measure, and control authority across systems that decide what ranks, what gets cited, and what gets ignored.
Core areas include:
Entity building and entity clarity
Semantic SEO and information architecture
Technical SEO and structured data
Link strategy as authority reinforcement, not volume
GEO tactics for AI-driven discovery
AEO strategies for answer selection and citation
The emphasis is always on signals. What matters. What does not. What to test next.
Who This Is For
This blog is written for:
SEOs and operators who want to understand how authority actually works
Agency owners and in-house teams responsible for visibility, not just traffic
Practitioners exploring GEO and AEO beyond surface-level explanations
You know your domain. You do not need jargon or recycled advice. You need clear mental models, practical steps, and frameworks you can test.
I write as a peer and a lab partner, not a guru.
What You Will Find Here
Every post falls into one of these categories:
Deep dives into authority, entities, GEO, AEO, and modern search systems
Step-by-step playbooks you can run in audits and builds
Case breakdowns showing what moved, what failed, and why
Prompt frameworks for LLM research and implementation
JSON-LD, schema patterns, and technical snippets you can copy and adapt
Short strategic pieces on where search and AI are heading
Everything is written to be copy-ready. You can drop it into your CMS, Notion, or a working doc without cleanup.
My Approach
I lead with evidence. Screenshots, numbers, timelines.
Evidence beats opinion.
I show limits. If something is a hypothesis, I say so. If a tactic works in one context and fails in another, I document both.
I value clear disagreement over fake consensus. If I am wrong, I update the post and explain what changed.
Why I Write This
Short term. Build a tight audience of operators who test, implement, and share results. Become a reference point for authority, GEO, and AEO.
Long term. Help define how authority is built and evaluated as search continues to converge with AI systems. Influence playbooks, not chase updates.
Authority compounds. Noise does not.
How to Use This Blog
Start with the problem you are facing.
Authority gaps. Entity confusion. AI visibility. Citation loss.
Read the post. Copy the framework or snippet. Test it.
Track what happens. Keep what works. Drop what does not.
Come back when the next problem appears.
That is the loop. Learn, test, implement, repeat.
A Note on Tone
This is written the way I work. Direct. Clear. No padding.
You will not find hype, emojis, or decorative formatting. You will find short paragraphs, clean lists, and content you can actually use.
If you want motivation wrapped in buzzwords, this is not for you.
If you want clarity and respect for your time, stay.
